Caution regarding automatic subscriptions

I was disappointed to find that I unintentionally signed up for a subscription when I only wanted to buy one bag of capsules. The lack of transparency was alarming. I was frustrated when I realized the charges were non-refundable. I communicated my concerns, and eventually a supervisor offered a refund for the membership fee charged. That's the only positive aspect I can report. Be careful!
