I want to express my gratitude for the speed and effectiveness in how Customer Service handled my complaint. Over the years I concluded that Customer Service Departments at most online companies, don't function effectively, but that changed today. I did not expect to be helped at all, but I was pleasantly surprised when Eugene stepped in to assist me with my complaint. I don't like to complete online complaint forms and then submit them... !!
