Follow-up: I received a return call from a representative in customer service who was able to assist me and resolve the issue. I am very pleased with the support I received... an excellent customer service agent. I did not opt for the subscription plan as I wanted to test the product first. However, a month later, I received two additional containers of the product. The company was not authorized to charge my credit card for a second order, and I was not informed that this would occur!
