Horrible experience! I was excited to try these for my dog. I ordered their tailored probiotic chews on subscription. The tailored probiotic chews (medium) are supposed to be tailored to their weight to where one container would last a month. I received my order and they sent the tiniest bottle that would only last 10 days. Contacted them. They apologized and said yes they indeed sent the wrong container that they would get the correct one out to me ASAP with some freebies. Well I received the “replacement” order today and all I got was two little packages of treats and no probiotics. They really need to look at who is working on their packaging. I contacted them again and they just canceled my subscription without correcting the issue.
