I ordered two photo stix and two cases. I received the stix but not the case, they went to an old address.The company (to their credit, to be fair) reportedly sent me again...two cases, and when I emailed to ask what was going on... they included the tracking information that indicated they would be delivered today....but they went to an incorrect address. I have no idea where they were delivered...There is NO WAY to speak with a human... rather, they will wear you down with email upon email... UGHI, will give them a few days, then will dispute. Ok, they got back to me finally and said they would send out another mailing. Guess what, that 2nd shipment went to an incorrect address.Idiots… got it wrong twice!!!!
