It is very confusing to use and I am adept at using technology. I run in circles, it doesn't actually load, it says there is no room for a lousy 300 images, and I know there is nothing on it because last time I used it I wiped it afterwards. Very very frustrating, do not recommend.

The Photostick connects to the charging port of my iPhone. The backup took 5 hours and ran my phone battery dry twice in that time. While you can pause the backup to remove the Photostick and recharge the iPhone, on several occasions the program wouldn't recognize the Photostick on reinsertion and I had to start from scratch. And if you don't pause it before removing and the iPhone battery runs out, you have to start from scratch. So you can't just start a backup and walk away - you have to stay and monitor the phone battery charge. SO much easier to back it up to my Mac! And I have a backup for my Mac so who needs this? Expensive, clumsy
A lady called Rachel was very helpful.She understood what was wrong and addressed it imediately. I am very pleased with the way she dealt with my problem and cannot thank her enough for her help in sorting it out.I believe there should be more support staff like her,she was over and above what I expected...!I hope her firm appreciate her as much as we your clients do........👌👍
Just a PSA for anyone outside of USA, just know you'll pay a fortune in border fees on top of the steep product price, so tack that into your budget when purchasing. I haven't been able to use the stick because I have a google pixel 7 and it wasn't until I received my package a month later that the directions informed me that that the stick is only compataple with google phones 8 and newer. Wish I would have known that before. As I am not someone who buys a new phone every two years, this is very frustraiting. Dissapointed.
After trying to resolve an issue with my PhotoSticks, support offered to replace them. With so many internet companies making it impossible to converse or brushing off users to move on to the next, my faith is restored that there are companies that truly care about their customers. Well done ThePhotoStick Team.
I ordered a photostick for a Christmas present. When it came in, the box was empty. I was devastated, because there wasn't anyway to prove an empty box came. I emailed ThePhotoStick Support, they responded quickly, and within 2 hours, I received an email saying that they had forwarded my ticket over to the shipping department, where they would process and ship a replacement order. Hallelujah, there are still good people in the world. Thank you PhotoStick.
I ordered two photo stix and two cases. I received the stix but not the case, they went to an old address.The company (to their credit, to be fair) reportedly sent me again...two cases, and when I emailed to ask what was going on... they included the tracking information that indicated they would be delivered today....but they went to an incorrect address. I have no idea where they were delivered...There is NO WAY to speak with a human... rather, they will wear you down with email upon email... UGHI, will give them a few days, then will dispute. Ok, they got back to me finally and said they would send out another mailing. Guess what, that 2nd shipment went to an incorrect address.Idiots… got it wrong twice!!!!
I've just bought my second PhotoStick based, obviously on my experience of the first bought a few years ago. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in placing the order and 2 were ordered. I wrote immediately and the team rectified things immediately with several reassuring email messages as it was going on. I am assured I will be refunded the second, unwanted Stick in a couple of weeks. Eoin MacDougald
Customer support is outstanding.I ordered three units and a cover for Christmas gifts. Shipping was timely, however my order was incomplete as only one unit and cover arrived. I contacted support and immediately received a request to send pic of what I received.Against the envelope background with label information readable I uploaded pic. Within 24 hours, Rachel emailed me that my order is being completed for shipment. Customer service skills are excellent!
