Complete Scam. Shipping took almost a month and I couldn't even last one night on this cheap and poorly made concrete pillow which also arrived with an extremely strong chemical smell. After contacting support about the return policy, they advised I had to send it back to China where this whole drop shipping operation is based. It cost me $48.90 (the cheapest registered Aus Post available to this location in China) and my pillow was returned to me 3 months after I sent it saying I had missed the return window and they would not refund me. STAY AWAY!
