Review Time
The ordering process was pleasantly simple and straightforward. I'm looking forward to receiving the pillow and hoping that this will be the solution to my chronic neck pain.
It was easy to find the product I wanted, but I could not find the part where you get to give delivery instructions. I ended up writing them in a part of the address. I have a new puppy that likes playing with boxes, so I need the parcel to be left outside the fence, but there was nowhere to write that.
I would give less than one if I could.
Unfortunately the team that arrived was not what I expected. I returned it (unfortunately the return address was in China and it costed me a lot to send it back) and I have never heard from them, not gotten my money back.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
It was a really nice experience shopping online on the website and looking at all the great options while also getting a nice discount without even purchasing anything for a first time yet. I genuinely appreciate the quality of service, attention to detail and overall great product. I’m looking forward to trying other different pillows to add to my comfy collection!
The purchase experience was completely fine, though the amount of upselling they try to do leaves you wanting less. If their product is so good, they should let that speak. Otherwise, it was user friendly, and pretty/not clunky. I obviously am withholding any review of the product as I haven't received it yet, but if it does live up to their boasting, then this experience was well worth it.
I really liked when The Pillow Home Company realized that my order would be delayed, they quickly and honestly informed me that it would be so without exaggerating or making excuses, and was up front about it and gave an apology. I like the character of this company.
Bought a Backrest Pillow With Arms which was far too small, much smaller than it looks in the pictures. After contacting them for a return, I received a very quick response (probably automated) asking me to send it to China. No way that is happening as it will cost £30-£40 and I have no guarantee they will issue a refund.
This company cannot be trusted, avoid them.
My experience is a first time buyer and the website and selection process was very easy and self explanatory. Can’t wait to get our new pillows and try them out hopefully we can get a great and pain free nights rest. Thank you!
