I ordered a pillow and within 20 minutes emailed them requesting to cancel the order to which they told me they couldn’t do and that I had to wait and return it! Unsurprisingly the cost of the return is £32 to China!!! I refuse to pay half of the pillow cost to return the item and have waited over a week now requesting that they send me a pre paid returns label. They’re definitely not inline with UK TRADING STANDARDS. I expect a response to my email with a pre paid returns label or you can refund me the pillow cost and I’ll donate it to charity !
