⸻After previously posting a review about how terrible my experience with The Pillow Home has been and reporting them to my bank for fraud, they had the nerve to reply with a generic apology asking me to contact their customer service. I had already done this multiple times and had been completely ignored.I even emailed them again, attaching screenshots of both my review and their public response, hoping that now the complaint was out in the open they might finally resolve the issue. But of course, nothing. It has now been two weeks since I replied to their comment, proving that their response was purely for show to make it look to future buyers as though they actually care.They clearly don’t.
