I placed an order (#109280) with The Pillow Home for an orthopedic pillow to help me sleep, as I pinched a nerve have severe pain. I paid extra for expedited shipping as I am obviously in pain and would welcome the relief as soon as possible. 2 days later, I received a link for tracking info stating an estimated delivery date of 7 weeks from the date. Concerned about my pain and the fact I am moving homes in 4 weeks, and thinking this must have been an error - what kind of expedited shipping takes 7+ weeks?? - I contacted the company immediately. I was told there was nothing they could do as the product had already shipped, only to find out via the same exact tracking that the product had not actually shipped, they had only created the shipping information online, it was not at all with the courier. Once again contacted the company and got given the same uncaring stabdard answer.In short, they intentionally withhold shipping estimates, pocket your money for expedited shipping and pay for the cheapest slowest possible transport, and additionally take payment and manage their stock as they please, deceiving customers by saying it's been shipped when it hasn't. Do not fall for their good image like I did, they are not to be trusted!
