Delivery took over one month and product was poor quality when it arrived

Delivery took over one month and communication and tracking progress was poor from The Pillow Home - I sent at least 5 emails chasing info.When the product arrived (luxury wedge pillow) it was really poor quality. Not a wedge shape, not enough stuffing to make it stand upright and quality of covering was very cheap looking. It looks like a shapeless, long pillow.Really really disappointed on all counts. I would avoid ordering from this company
