This pillow took longer to deliver than expected. I didn’t realize it was being shipped from CHINA! I tried it the first night of the day it was delivered and I woke up in so much pain the next morning. I have degenerative disc disease, sciatica and neck problems and was looking for the right pillow. I chose The Pillow Home because it advertised “Free Returns”. I contacted customer support to explain the pillow didn’t work for me and I wanted to return it. They said, “fine….here’s the return address”, you are responsible to pay for the return expense….TO CHINA! I asked if they had a US address where I could return the pillow and they said that they did but that wasn’t an option for me. Paying for shipping to CHINA for a return item is outrageous so the pillow is in a bag in my closet….collecting dust.
