Ordered the cloudlift cooling mattress topper. It is advertised as being 3" thick, stays cool all night, anti-slip, softens any mattress, and 5 star hotel luxury every night. Right out of the vaccum packing, we noticed it was very thin. Figuring it just need to expand, we let it sit 24 hours. Then we let it sit another 24 hours. Then we fluffed it in the dryer. Nothing. This is NOT a mattress topper! It is nothing more than a 1.5" thick mattress pad! It has NO cooling, does NOT soften anything, and kind of stays put.
