Faulty product & no customer service…. AVOID

I am still waiting on a response form this company to resolve an issue. I ordered 3 headboard pillows, however one was faulty, I had to pay to return it to china ( March 17th) 3 months later it was returned with a‘bounce back’ label. Although I have emailed the company no one replies!!Would never buy from them again or recommend anyone else. I’m furious at the total lack of customer service
