The guarantee is virtually a scam

I would give zero stars if I could. First off, the pillow I ordered was terrible! It was hard as a rock and oddly shaped in a way that did not provide any support. The worst part though was the company to pretend it provides a 90 day guarantee. The pillow costs me $75 and I was told yes you can return it but you’ll have to pay for return shipping on your own to China which costs the same if not more all the way back to China! So essentially they have found a way to “legally” not stand by their guarantee as no one in their right mind would make a return for more than the cost of the item. Most international companies I’ve ordered from that charge the customer for return shipping have set up a standard reasonable fee with UPS or other shipping providers (e.g $15) but not this scam company. I feel like I got $75 stolen from me. If you’re a US customer please do not order from this company and consider Amazon or somewhere that’ll allow you to do a free return.
