This company is a scam. They claim you have 90 days to return the product, but you have to pay return shipping to their warehouse in China. All the reviews I read about shipping it back, say they never pick it up from the receiver, so you won’t get your money back. I ordered a pillow headrest for my daughter going to college. It took almost a month to receive because it came from China. Though nowhere on their site does it say they are based in China. Their website says they are located in NM. The tracking number you get right away doesn’t have any true information attached to it until it gets in to the US, which was weeks later. Needless to say the product arrived after my daughter left for school so I had to get another one from a legit company. And now I’m stuck with this one since I would be wasting more of my own money shipping it back only for them to not pick it up on their end and never refund me. Do not order from them unless you know 100% that you are going to like what you get, a month after you order it
