On June 15, 2025, I ordered a Cozy Rest Memory Foam Neck Pillow and two white CozyRest Silk Pillow Cases from the Pillow Home and paid them of course during the online ordering process. To date, I only got a mail saying Order 54905 confirmed on June 15, 2025 but I haven't received my order, nor have I received any response etc. from this company to any of my email inquiries by now. They send me new advertisements every day, but are unable to finally give me, as a customer, an answer as to what is going on with my order. I am very disappointed in this company and feel suspiciously cheated. I absolutely cannot recommend this company. It was the worst online ordering experience I have ever had.
