After reading their “reviews” on their website I purchased a cooling mattress topper that was supposed to have cooling gels as well as being super soft. When I put the topper on the bed it did in fact the opposite of what it was supposed to. I reached out for a refund as it was just awful quality and the company refused to pay for shipping even though I am an EU customer and that is illegal when it does not meet the standards of what is described. The company is based in America but their warehouse is based in China so it would have cost a fortune to send back the whole company is a scam.
