To begin with I purchased a new pillow and they sent me a used one with stains on it in a wadded up package. It was DIRTY! Then when I complained, they asked for photos of everything, which I provided right away. I was promised a replacement pillow and I have been waiting since July 12 to receive it. They sent me a tracking number and claimed it was delivered. The delivery was in Texas. I live in Michigan. Then I was told to "look around, perhaps it is in a different spot." And then it was, "check with the post office." They never sent me a replacement. They gave me someone elses tracking number!!
