Total Rip-off. Shipping took nearly a month, and I couldn't even use this poorly made product for a single night. It arrived with a very strong chemical odor. When I reached out to the support team about returning it, they informed me that I had to send it back to the overseas location where this drop shipping operation is based. I ended up paying $48.90 for the cheapest registered shipping to that location, only to have the item returned to me three months later, stating that I had missed the return window and they wouldn't issue a refund. AVOID!
