I ordered a pillow on 12/4/25 and tried to cancel it on 12/8/25 since the tracking information was not available. They informed me that I would receive my order in 3-4 days. However, it is now 12/21/25, and I still have not received the pillow or any tracking updates. The order still shows as pending. This service feels like a scam. I've requested a refund, but they have denied my request twice.
