Regrettably, the aim of this purchase was to enhance my guests' comfort. My guest is nearing the end of their two-week stay, and the delivery has yet to arrive. I placed the order well over a week before their arrival. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I sought an estimated delivery date from the start and received vague responses with tracking information that was unclear and in a foreign language. There should be more clarity regarding shipping times, as knowing it would take over three weeks would help customers make informed decisions. This is poor business practice. Sadly, I cannot comment on the product itself since it has not arrived yet.
