Terrible experience with my first order.

My initial order was lost during shipping, and I had to send 4 emails before receiving a response from customer service. After two months, I finally received the pillow, but it was disappointing. The quality is subpar and definitely not worth the price. It's poorly stitched, flimsy, and made from cheap fabric. The packaging was also inadequate, as it was stuffed into a grain bag. Overall, this manufacturer does not seem reliable, and the products are far worse than what I could find elsewhere.
