However, the tracking number was ineffective on the platform and only functioned when accessed directly from the email. Additionally, when prompted for a review, clicking on a rating lower than 4 stars redirected me to a 'Contact Us' page instead of allowing me to leave a review. This means anyone rating 1-3 stars gets sent elsewhere. I initially rated them 3 stars due to a delayed package, but I'm lowering my rating to 2 because of the misleading redirection.
