Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. I opted for expedited shipping, yet it took 11 days to receive the item. When it finally arrived, it was damaged and in poor condition. The support team is unresponsive and slow. They refuse to issue a refund and only offer a replacement. I've already purchased an alternative because I can't afford to wait another two weeks for this inadequate service to send me a replacement.
