It is true ,as many reviews noted,that the ordering proccess is easyas well as a check-out. However, it seems that " delays due to overload" is a common issue, track order is showing that the item( pillow) has not been shipped,and the company imsply stop replying to my complaints .I have been waiting for my pillow almost two months!
So, it really seems to be a classic scam, unfortunately!
