When I went looking for a new pinball machine, there were a lot of vendors to wade through. I had read about The Pinball Company, about Nic and Brooke and their commitment to customer service and placed them on the "short-list" of three to consider. After speaking with Brooke on the phone (yes when you call Brooke, you get to speak to Brooke directly) I was convinced these were the people I wanted to do business with. She was helpful, understanding and willing to work with me to get the machine I wanted for the right price and work with me on shipping etc. (Missouri to Texas). They were always in communication with me, even when Stern had a production delay, and I was never left wondering- what's going on, and where was my machine. The business transaction was smooth and easy, and when my machine shipped they followed through with tracking and connecting me with the shipping company. After the machine arrived there was follow-up as well. So many times when buying large items online there is a sense of anticipation and anxiety since for the most part everything is done via email and phone- but Brooke and The Pinball Company gave me the feeling that they were going to take care of my business and do what was right to make sure I was happy; a welcome change in today's business climate.I have, and continue to recommend The Pinball Company to many friends and look forward to my next conversation with Brooke about my next purchase.Reputable company, great communication, quality merchandise and awesome customer service!
