Just got my remake of funhouse ftomDominick ant pinball and absolutely the best experience. They take calls every time . I never got a voice mail and they respond as if you’re their only and best customer , took the time to explain my concerns and never rushed me off the phone , great people running this company . Now I want remake of Twilight Zone

As a government agency, we have many guidelines and stipulations to follow. The sales department at The Pinball Company was very accommodating assisting us through the process of procuring the machines. Once all the hoops were jumped through, i's dotted and t's crossed, the machines arrived very quickly.
Excellent communication and very quick to answer questions and provide support leading up to and after the sale. Dominic was fantastic throughout the process, and I am confident that will continue should I have more questions or needs for support with my new pinball machine...great people and great company you can trust.

Dominic and his team are awesome! Great guidance, customer service, and communication. They were helpful every step of the way and answered any questions I had. I have purchased four machines with The Pinball Company and hope to get many more! Everything came timely and in perfect condition.
Rude and poor customer service. I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.
I hate writing negative reviews but sometimes is just warranted. This company advertises a "best price" guarantee however when you provide them with a better price (from a legit vendor) they refuse to match or counter with anything. Both Nic and his wife are rude, impatient and borderline hostile, actually told me they didn't have time for "this" and to submit the vendor pricing and details to them via their website; as if it's my responsibility to perform their due-diligence! If they are this hostile and untrustworthy when it comes to price-matching, imagine what it will be like when you need a repair or simple assistance? Glad I didn't buy from them!
