The undergarments I received were overly broad and thick, making them unflattering. Their customer service is dreadful, and they refuse to issue a refund. I recently ordered and disliked the product, but they denied my refund request, claiming the shipping cost would be too high for me. When a return is guaranteed, it should include shipping costs as well. I wonder how many others have been scammed by them.
