I advised them that my order was never received and they sent me a tracking showing that it was delivered, but they did not provide me any tracking that it was delivered to my unit. I went back-and-forth with them for almost a month until I just gave up. I was exhausted. I do not support this business at all as they never sent me a refund or a re-delivery. Do not by from them worse experience ever… JM
