Great Customer Service / Issue resolutionFirstly the products sold are of good quality and very versitile, with many uses.I had ordered a couple of pins that were delivered in around 2-3 weeks. Once they arrived I was disapointed to see that one had been damaged in transit. This is the exact situation that makes me re-think ever ordering onlin as I hate to deal with returns / exchanges. I contacted Thepintheory, explaining the situation and providing images of the damage. They immediatly sent out a replacement, no delay or back and forth conversations. Just resolved the issue. So I will be ordering from them again in the future, confident if something does go wrong it will be resolved without any hassle.
