I love my waist pins!

I love my waist pins! They came just as described, are easy to use, and they are cute and less bulky than a belt! They’re helping me get extended use out of my jeans that are a little baggy around the waist.

They are legit!!

They are legit!!! NGL I didn’t know what to expect when I got these, but I’m extremely happy with the purchase. I’m a male who hates wearing belts as the buckle often makes bloated. These are the perfect solution and they hold! I bought three and was given a 4th one for free. Love them!

Very expensive - paid £12 + £5 postage - then found they are available on Temu for around £1.To be fair though I requested a return and got an immediate full refund including the postage without having to return them.

Great Customer Service / Issue…

Great Customer Service / Issue resolutionFirstly the products sold are of good quality and very versitile, with many uses.I had ordered a couple of pins that were delivered in around 2-3 weeks. Once they arrived I was disapointed to see that one had been damaged in transit. This is the exact situation that makes me re-think ever ordering onlin as I hate to deal with returns / exchanges. I contacted Thepintheory, explaining the situation and providing images of the damage. They immediatly sent out a replacement, no delay or back and forth conversations. Just resolved the issue. So I will be ordering from them again in the future, confident if something does go wrong it will be resolved without any hassle.

I really like the product.

I really like the product for suggested use and other uses like closing cardigans. My order had a small problem but the team replied to my message very quickly and fixed the issue immediately. I'd definitely buy more from them.
