I ordered this for my grandson. It was delivered to the wrong address in New York State, and I notified them on December 12th. Weeks have passed with no response from the merchant. There’s no way to reach them, so I requested a refund or a replacement, but I got nothing. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge because they won’t respond. This is a scam that will take your money, and their website even warns about potential personal information theft. I’m reporting them for fraud and planning to file a police report. Stay away from this company!
