There’s no way to reach them, so I asked for a refund or replacement, but received nothing. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge due to their lack of response. This feels like a scam, and I’ve seen warnings about personal information theft on their site. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I intend to report them for fraud and notify the police. Please steer clear of this company to protect your money and personal information!
