I'm facing the same issues as others who have reviewed this! What can we do about it, if anything? I placed my order on November 24th and received an email stating it was shipped along with a tracking number. However, when I tried to track it, USPS had no information. I reached out via email and provided the order number and purchase date they requested, but I haven't received any response. Now, the website is completely down!
