Honestly, I wouldn't even give it one star. The product appears great, but I still haven't received it! The full payment has been processed. The tracking number is nonexistent, and I'm very let down! It's disheartening that some individuals think it's acceptable to deceive honest customers!
I'm facing the same issues as others who have reviewed this! What can we do about it, if anything? I placed my order on November 24th and received an email stating it was shipped along with a tracking number. However, when I tried to track it, USPS had no information. I reached out via email and provided the order number and purchase date they requested, but I haven't received any response. Now, the website is completely down!
