The representative I spoke with was very pleasant; however, I waited all day after receiving a message that my order would arrive, but it never showed up. I later discovered it hadn't even been picked up. The next day, I received another message, and this time it did arrive. Unfortunately, I ordered two 70mm sliding door frames, but one was 70mm and the other was 90mm. Quite a mess, really. The products seem acceptable, although a bit flimsy, but they were priced well, so I can't complain too much about that.
