The representative I spoke with was very pleasant; however, I waited all day after receiving a message that my order would arrive, but it never showed up. I later discovered it hadn't even been picked up. The next day, I received another message, and this time it did arrive. Unfortunately, I ordered two 70mm sliding door frames, but one was 70mm and the other was 90mm. Quite a mess, really. The products seem acceptable, although a bit flimsy, but they were priced well, so I can't complain too much about that.

Outstanding product - I haven't finished the wall build yet, but I've prepared the assembly for installation, and it's a well-designed, sturdy product. Once secured to the stud wall, it feels incredibly durable. Communication with the company was excellent, with a confirmation call before dispatch, which I appreciated. Delivery was swift.
The product is good and delivery was prompt, but the customer service left much to be desired. One of the soft-close parts arrived damaged, so I reached out for a replacement. The response was unhelpful and rude, essentially telling me to do as I wished since it was Saturday and they weren't available. Ultimately, I had to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue myself. Given the same price, I would have preferred to order directly from the manufacturer from the beginning.
I used a pocket door system for my kitchen and utility room, and I'm very satisfied with the results. The doors are quiet, look great, and have transformed how we use the space. Installation was straightforward, and the material quality was excellent. I'm already considering using them in other rooms. Highly recommended.
