Ordered on November 30th, but it wasn't dispatched until December 1st. I had to reach out to the support team on December 4th to inquire about the item, which was meant as a birthday gift. Customer service was helpful, but only reachable via email. If I hadn't contacted them, I doubt they would have reached out to apologize for the delay or even acknowledged that it might have been forgotten. The pork scratchings were smaller than expected, despite being listed as 330ml for one jar online. I don't think they are worth the £20. I won't be buying again. The three stars are solely for the customer service.
