I placed my order on 30th November, but it wasn't dispatched until Monday, 1st December. I had to reach out to the service on 4th December to inquire about the item, which was intended as a birthday gift. The customer service representative, Lauren, was very helpful, though communication was only via email. If I hadn't contacted the company, I doubt they would have reached out to apologize for the delay, and it felt like my order might have been overlooked. The pork scratchings were also smaller than I anticipated; the website states 330ml for one plastic jar, but they didn't meet my expectations. I don't believe they are worth the £20 price tag. I won't be ordering again. The 3 stars are solely for the assistance provided by Lauren.

The item arrived quickly, which was a plus. However, the contents were far from impressive. The flavors were overwhelmingly strong rather than subtle, and the scratchings were mostly not crunchy. There were many uneven sizes, with large pieces and a lot of crumbs. I'm really let down and won't purchase again.
The ordering and delivery process was smooth. Unfortunately, the contents were lacking. Two packets from my order were empty, and many others contained very few decent-sized scratchings, with plenty of inedible small bits and flavor blobs. It's disappointing since these used to be my favorite keto snack, but now I need to look for a better option as the quality doesn't match the price.
I tried to buy pork scratchings from a company in the Birmingham area. When I questioned their products, I was blocked from contacting them. I believe this company is a scam, as they offer no phone support and seem more interested in getting credit card details. Consider this a warning.
