I placed my order on 30th November, but it wasn't dispatched until Monday, 1st December. I had to reach out to the service on 4th December to inquire about the item, which was intended as a birthday gift. The customer service representative, Lauren, was very helpful, though communication was only via email. If I hadn't contacted the company, I doubt they would have reached out to apologize for the delay, and it felt like my order might have been overlooked. The pork scratchings were also smaller than I anticipated; the website states 330ml for one plastic jar, but they didn't meet my expectations. I don't believe they are worth the £20 price tag. I won't be ordering again. The 3 stars are solely for the assistance provided by Lauren.
