I ordered a personalized map as a wedding gift and paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived on time. However, it was delayed by several days, arriving after the wedding with damaged packaging. I reached out for a refund, but after numerous emails, they only agreed to refund the delivery cost after I suggested it. I then had to pay again to resend the item as a late gift. The lack of communication and poor service has been incredibly disappointing. While the product idea is lovely, the customer service has been unacceptable.
