I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered prints for a picture wall and opted for next-day delivery, but it arrived more than a week late with one print missing. Later, I was informed about an unexpected import bill for another print. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service, I received no support or information about additional fees. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this provider.
I received the item as a gift, but it was disappointing. The frame had misaligned corners, making it look unattractive. The backing was flimsy, and the poster paper wasn't secured, causing it to wave under the low-quality cover. There was a noticeable deviation in the paper alignment, resulting in a crooked image. The simple white border without a mat looked cheap and unappealing. Overall, the price was far too high given the flimsy materials.

They processed the refund smoothly, which I greatly appreciated. The posters I kept are stunning and have enhanced my home beautifully. I ordered a personalized map as a wedding gift and paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived on time. However, it was delayed by several days, arriving after the wedding with damaged packaging. I reached out for a refund, but after numerous emails, they only agreed to refund the delivery cost after I suggested it. I then had to pay again to resend the item as a late gift. The lack of communication and poor service has been incredibly disappointing. While the product idea is lovely, the customer service has been unacceptable.
I placed an order that should have been delivered by now, but it seems to have not been processed. I've emailed and used the contact form multiple times without any response. Their phone number does not connect. I'm unsure if this is a legitimate company. Regardless, my gift for a friend has not arrived, and I've lost my money.
