This company scammed me. I placed a large order for multiple items. I was very excited to receive this walking stick. Some of the items I ordered never arrived, and the tactical walking stick that is advertised to have multiple attachments such as blade, spear, etc had NO attachments at all. I have been talking to their customer service for over a month. They said they would resolve the issue and send me a new order to replace the missing items. They had me return the items that I did recieve and then they ghosted me and kept my money. They kept drawing out the issue over the last month promising they would send a replacement order. They even made an order but never sent a tracking and never shipped it. I believe they did this to wait out the amount of time to dispute it. They had me wait over a month so that I could not file a claim on PayPal. Now they have my order that I returned and my money. This is extremely disappointing. I am a disabled veteran and I wanted to use this walking stick for mobility. This company took advantage of me and has not made this right. I really wanted to like their product but I never had an opportunity to use it because they shipped an incomplete order. I hope that they will make this right but I have called dozens of times and left voicemails and they never answer the phone or respond. This is very bad customer service.
