I placed an order on 12/12 intended as a Christmas gift. By 12/23, I discovered that the item was out of stock. I was informed it would arrive by 1/12, but as of today, 1/10, it hasn't even shipped. I'm extremely disappointed. There are no updates from them, yet they continue to promote their delivery promises. I cannot recommend them.

The shipping address on my order confirmation was wrong! This was a gift for my son, who would only be in town for a short time.
