However, the sales process dragged on much longer than expected, and I didn’t receive regular updates, causing anxiety. After seven weeks, they unexpectedly withdrew from the sale due to issues that could have been clarified early on. This experience was emotionally taxing, and I felt quite low afterward. I recommend more careful consideration with offers and better communication to avoid misleading clients. Although I appreciated a £300 voucher for the inconvenience, I would have preferred to avoid the entire situation.
