Regret not checking the reviews before I made a purchase! I received an item that was damaged, of poor quality, and with no tags. I have sent multiple emails trying to arrange a return, but I’m being given the runaround. I’m not optimistic about resolving this. It took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was damaged and of low quality as mentioned. Now, attempting to return it is a nightmare—I dread to think how long the refund will take, if it even happens… it feels like their strategy!
