If I could rate this lower than one star, I certainly would. The dress is obviously a poorly made imitation and does not match the advertised item at all. I strongly advise avoiding this; you will not receive what you expected. I paid $75 for something that could have been purchased elsewhere for much less. To make matters worse, they claim I am not eligible for a refund because the item was on sale. I plan to contact the relevant consumer protection agency to file a formal complaint and will also request a charge reversal from my bank.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SERVICE. They also operate under another name. I regret not reading the reviews prior to buying the awful dresses from them. These are the worst garments I have ever ordered online; poor imitations that are grossly overpriced. They make it seem like there's a sale, which prevents refunds due to their no-refund policy on sale items. The dresses aren't even worth a couple of dollars. I sent them photos of the subpar dresses, but they insisted it was as advertised, which it clearly wasn't. They refused to issue a refund. Total scam.
I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order with this unreliable seller. I made my purchase on December 17th, and my package only arrived today. The dresses look nothing like the images displayed on the platform. The quality is shockingly poor, with fabric that seems more suited for a high school sewing project. Honestly, it's even worse than some of the other disappointing experiences I've had. If I could rate this with zero stars, I absolutely would. I conducted a reverse image search on the dress I ordered, and found the exact same pictures on two different websites. Based on the reviews on those sites, they also seem to have terrible feedback. If I hadn’t spent so much money, I would be able to laugh about this. Right now, I just need a strong drink.

The quality is terrible and entirely different from what was advertised. It’s practically useless, and the main issue is that if you buy clothing on sale, returns are not allowed. It might as well be burned; the plastic it’s made from could serve as a decent firestarter.
Regret not checking the reviews before I made a purchase! I received an item that was damaged, of poor quality, and with no tags. I have sent multiple emails trying to arrange a return, but I’m being given the runaround. I’m not optimistic about resolving this. It took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was damaged and of low quality as mentioned. Now, attempting to return it is a nightmare—I dread to think how long the refund will take, if it even happens… it feels like their strategy!
Similar experience to others. It took two weeks before shipping, communication with customer service was difficult, and when the dress finally arrived, it was nothing like what I ordered. It didn’t even match the pattern, let alone the color or quality. I agree that this service is a scam and would not recommend it. I expect a refund and will provide updates on the situation. I DO NOT recommend buying online from this seller. The only thing pure is the rip-off! I’m still awaiting a response after numerous emails. I’ve contacted them multiple times and sent images, but was told it was the same item I purchased. Missing a sleeve is not the same thing. Shipping delays are understandable, but I’m still waiting for a reply and feel completely ripped off.

Fraudulent and misleading, as the dresses are nothing like advertised. They are cheap, plastic-like material that smells and caused my skin to itch with a rash. This is not a local company; it’s based in another country. Terrible customer service, and they refuse to take any responsibility or provide refunds. They have even deleted their social media and main reviews after I posted about my experience. They need to be legally held accountable by those of us who have had the same experience.
I placed an order over two weeks ago, and the status of my delivery has not changed at all. When I tried to email them, the message was undeliverable. I checked online reviews and saw that many others are calling them a scam with poor service. I wish I had researched them more before placing my order. I’m guessing I’ll never receive the dress!🙄
