We purchased a water fountain for our cats, which functioned well initially but then broke down. When we reached out to the company for warranty support, their response was unsatisfactory. They repeatedly requested videos and photos of the product, which we provided, but we faced continuous delays. After growing frustrated, we sought assistance from consumer protection services. Even after sending a formal demand letter, they continued to ask for more videos. Due to their poor customer support, I would rate them 0 stars if possible, but the minimum is 1. I cannot recommend this company.
